Hi there. I bought this trampoline but I was a bit disappointed with it. The jumping part is kinda off the trampoline entirely and my avatar doesn't jump up and down like it shows in the pic. It just hangs there in the air a bit off of the trampoline. Kinda half over the water. Is there a trigger action or something that will make the avatars bounce up and down like in the photo advertising the trampoline.?I am sorry to bother you with this. It is an attractive looking trampoline and I do like it. I just don't know how to make the avatars bounce up and down like they are really jumping on a trampoline so they appear like your pic advertising the item.
