The key to slowing down the movements to this dance is to go to Settings _ Advanced and move the Animation Speed slider. I have found that the best setting to match the dance to the song is 1/3 of the way past the middle point in the direction towards "slow." The dance will repeat one time during the song but still end at nearly the same time as the song. If you wanted to go slower so the dance does not loop, you can (it loses something though, imo). I'm not sure what effect this would have on your viewing audience...you might need them to all adjust the animation speed on their own devices, at least temporarily.
You may also have to adjust the speed lower depending on your computer. I suggest playing around with it in dress up mode before using it for performance so you can be sure. Then try performing it for a friend privately to see if they see it moving fast or at the correct speed. The you will know if you need to ask your audience to adjust their settings before you start, and give them an idea of where to place their sliders. (Screenshot your own then upload it to one of your public photo albums so they can view it)
FINALLY, let me say that this is a beautifully animated dance. I appreciate that it's an action you can put on, but it would be really cool, too, to have this as a furniture dance spot so it could be added to a room, more than once and a couple of maiko could perform it together.
