Wow... you just called a customer an Idiot... That is very professional of you.. dumb ass.. I guess you are not of a customer service trained. Have you heard of word of mouth advertising from peers? OOOPPSSSS, I guess you did not cause you called me a customer, a potential returning customer an idiot. Not good business. Oh well.. guess I am not buying anything from your catalog.. and i will just spread the great service I have received and how you handle a complaint.
