You have stated to contact you via your Hp if your products should have issue however when i went there you have a conveniant sticker blocking the area that allows others to send you a messege,,, This has left me no choice as to approach about your product since you have eliminated by your own hand the only way your customers can communicate with you,,,your products over all have been excellant till now, however i too agree with the others who have had no choice but to leave you bad review in the fact this particular product doesnt work and needs to be fixed since you have already stated you do not do refunds...I would remove the sticker that blocks the send messege icon on your home page if you dont wish more bad reviews.
