I would not advise in the purchase of this room. When I purchased the house of rooms, you could only be in one room and the lighting in the room casted a dark shadow on my avi. I contacted the developer of the Large House of Rooms to get an understanding as to why things were as such and recieved no answer.
My advice pretty doesn't mean that it works. Just don't do it.
