Some good points and some constructive criticism. First of all, I think it is a great deal. You get a good sized room that looks like it goes on forever. All views into the horizon are beautiful. I can not see a line where the horizon looks cut off, like in other outdoor rooms I have seen. It does not look like a box. There are many furniture nodes and places to swim.
However, when people walk up to the house they instinctively look for the front door. There isn't one, nor is there a backdropped image of a living room, which I think would be great. While there is no way to enter the house I would have liked a cute backdrop illusion of a couch inside or something to that effect. This improvement alone would make me much happier. I was even going to have a custom poster made to go there on the windows upstairs on the deck, but there is no wall node there, so I can't. Also no wall nodes means no cute bar next to the pool, which would be really awesome!
The house includes 2 beach areas, a large pool, a dock area to swim or dock your boat, a carport (cute side room), a back yard and a deck. You can also stand on the stairs and on top of the house, which is fun. Overall rating is 4.5!
