This place is amazing ! I love the outdoor areas here .. i only wish it had rooms inside the house.. however at this price its PERFECT AS IS! There is plenty of room to have guests as well as to offer a wide variety of entertainment for your avi both in and out of the water.. It is tied first place with being my favorite room ! You have to see it to realize fully how great this place is .. so if you see me online and i am available ask me for a tour or send me a message .. I will be happy to show you what i have done with it ... for my avi.
