DO NOT BUY!!!
Room only had furniture nodes along one wall. While I understand the creator only derived the object, I still feel they should REMOVE IT. I was told by the creator to contact the original mesh creator, but they do not accept messages. I'm left with a 850 cr room I CANNOT USE. It's a shame because the room is lovely.
