I'm going to give it a 4 and I feel I am being very generous. First, it was too small to be called a stream. Even after I scaled it as big as it would go it was almost still to small. But also then it looks like the water is sticking up from the ground. Second, there needs to be straigt pieces. Using just this, even if you turn it everyway you can think of, still has too many curves in it.
But I will say this, the stream itself is very nice. It's beautiful and I love the way is sparkles. That was worth the 4 points.
