This is one of my favorites. This is a nice room for the price. Technically it's a full house, pool, and yard. It comes with furniture, though none upstairs. The middle upstairs room is a pain to get into. For that matter I'm still trying to navigate which of the hundreds of points are upstairs. I keep getting pulled downstairs and outside. Kinda annoying. HOWEVER! The detail in this is very nice. That it comes partly furnished is no big deal, it's tasteful and set for entertaining downstairs. Upstairs you can make it whatever you want. There's a nice little picnic area in the side yard. You can actually swim in the pool. Another bonus is there isn't a lot of extra negative space around this room. For 770 credits, yes, I'd totally buy it again.
