To be fair, I "won" this from daily spin, but I don't like it & don't want it. Since so many of the outfits currently make my thighs and hips bigger, I can't understand why I would want to be MORE pear-shaped than the outfit already makes me. It's not attractive in RL or on here, and I say that as a Latina woman who has that shape already. If this dev has something to scale DOWN the hips/thighs so I can get new clothes without looking like an upside down lightbulb, fantastic. And if that is the look you are going for, this scaler will do it. It's just not for me.
