This item should be repaired now. If you have not already, go to Help__ Tools__ clear IMVU cache and clear your cache, then recheck the item again. It should be working correctly. If not, scroll to the bottom of the page, click on Billing Inquiries and file a General Help Ticket to report what the problem is so it can be repaired.
