One of the better DiD items of clothing you can buy without splerging for the "Adult" extra. It should give the illusion of ropes from the waist to just above the anckles. While there needs to be more colors avalable (cause ropes come in more colors than brown), it will do for a damsel on a budget. Pair it with the top (with the arms bound in back by armbinders disguised as more ropes), and you got yourself a costume worth laying down on the train tracks for.
