I really adore your ideas. They're so much fun. I;m sure i'm not the only one who thinks so as well. But i like your ideas.. that's where it ends. Your animations aren't bad at all. But your textures.. that's where i draw the line...
I remember imvu use to just pick out which ever items from the catalog they wanted to give to everyone without having the dev take any part of it, or make any profits off it... now i'm not sure if they're still doing that.. if they are, then nothing i feel like doing about it.. BUT if they're not doing that.. and it's actually you who asks imvu to give your stuff out to everyone for some kind of promotional deal... then for the love of god.. STOP IT!
I do like your stuff.. i really do.. it's just why give something away to a whole bunch of people when it's not really something someone would spend money on.. even if it's very little.. I look forward to what specials and free gifts imvu has for the season.. and i must say.. this was very disappointing o,o I mean.. obviously you have skills with this kind of stuff.. why you don't teach yourself how do make proper textures.. i don't know.. lack of interest? lazy? Most likely imvu is just a practice place where you work on your skills and only submit your good products elsewhere... i don't think that's fair to us really... Like sure.. do it for yourself.. but it's not fair that we have to get gifted this kind of........ stuff... when there are many other better products out there that can represent this chat site better.... It's not often imvu actually gives us gifts for free... so it really irks me when they finally do.. that it's something this.. uhm... kind of quality. I mean.. if this was the best this site had to offer.. then it would be awesome.. but.. sadly no o,o this is like.. i'm not even going to say it.. but COME ON! This is really insulting. IMVU isn't like this!!! For anybody new to the site.. please don't think this is what this place looks like................this is really embarrassing x.x Like there's funny cute cheesy for a joke.. that's ok.. but this was really like.. it's as if the textures were made from the old paint program and added some blurry shadows o,o seriously.. someone of your skill level should know better. No respect at all...that's what i think. And i've been as polite and honest as i could. This is my real review.. and i didn't appreciate you mentioning in the page that you didn't want us to write a review.. it would have been nicer of me to send you a message.. but most creators don't read those.... i normally avoid writing bad reviews actually, and only write them when i have something really good to say and want to encourage the dev to keep going.. but i don't think it's fair that you build yourself a popular name with low quality products. I really don't mean to offend you, and please don't take this personally. But you deserve this low rating... mostly because we were all forced to get this, of all things... as a gift this year...
