This head looks more out of proportion than Guy's "normal" head. Unfortunately a lot of accessories (unless they're stuck to the top or back of the head or to the ears) don't work with this head either. A warning about that would be nice.
The avatar does always look somewhat mad when you're using this head, which might be a good thing... if you like that look.
