The texturing is to die for. Unfortunately, they make my foot appear big and flat, so I really don't wear them. That's not really the creator's fault, though. There's also a weird anomaly which paints the bottoms of the toes with a light square. However, the shape of the shoe itself, sole and heel, is very smooth and realistic, and it appears to fit the foot perfectly.
