IMVU gave you credits for the rug to make you go away. Rest assured I will not be doing the same. You bought it, you own it. Until IMVU provides a way for devs to remove their products from a user's inventory, you won't be seeing a refund. Refunds will only be given for products that are DEFECTIVE -- there's nothing wrong with the product you purchased, you just don't want to use them because you're mad at me. That's not a good enough reason for me to give you an entire bundle for nothing.
If you have any further issues, take it up with IMVU. Any further comments from you on this page will be flagged and reported as abuse. There's nothing more to discuss here.
