A wonderful compassionate animation, very accurately made & warm; it moves beautifully. NOTE though: I have had an occasional occurrence with the position of the front person who is being held; occasionally after leaving the animation and then returning to it again, it will be seated instead of standing. I have found that going to another sit or stand mode available in the room, and then returning to the animation will fix the problem. It helps reset the figure to the opposite one, TOGGLING between the sit and the standing-being-hugged positions. Kind of neat actually; but I thought I should mention it. It is not a problem once you know how to work with it, and the animation is so wonderfully made that this could never detract from the product at all, as it is so well worth having something like this available for use, as it always lends to enhancing that warm and friendly atmosphere.
