Hello, allways you buy a product you need to restart IMVU, many times that is collapse and its necesary to restart ,for IMVU take the changes.... that suceded whith many products and its not a fault from product, only IMVU not refresh fine all times, and its necesary to restart... sorry for the incovenience.... But, if you has restart and that not work , in this cas, writte me for help you... thanks
