Staff doesn't discuss personal account issues in the forums. This thread is not a way to find help for personal payout issues. We do have to use the payout system to contact the payout team. It can take up to 5 days for a response if it has been longer we can contact a moderator directly to help escalate the issue.

This thread is just an announcement that the payout center had a face lift. This thread will be locked soon and added to the main earn money thread. Anyone who has questions about the new payout center should post here. Anyone who is discussing the earn program in general should post to the main thread. Anyone who has personal account issues should contact the payout department via the payout center. Anyone who has waited 5 or more days for a response to a payout help request can contact a forum moderator.

So I've been reading through the pages and there are still problems with payouts over a year later I see. Maybe imvu should have learned how the resellers system paid us so fast before getting rid of them.. Rolling Eyes

The updates to the system are great though if they actually go through with it after the "rollout" phase..

I submitted a request at 4:48am and still waiting so far. It is still "unassigned".

I like the new system, but I noticed two flaws:

1. There needs to be some sort of confirmation after submitting a request.

2. I can only view the current request when I click "You can view previous payouts here." Completed requests are not displayed there.

It generally sit there for a few days before someone gets to it. Five days is about the norm for me.

I agree that we really need some confirmation. I pointed it out a while ago but I think they gave up listening to our feedback.
