Thanks, I have concerns on 2 issues that are going right now, I am simply asking why things are taking so long (5 weeks and 2 weeks) but nobody seems to understand me and therefor I am done with the forums.

Submitted my payout request on the 2nd of February - It is now the 6th.
I have never had to wait this long, my request simply says "unassigned".
I have filed a ticket, but I don't expect a reply anytime soon.
Each payout request i submit seems to become more delayed each time.
Could we please have an update on any problems with the system? Or why payouts are so ridiculously delayed?
If there is a delay, i'd at least expect my request to have an "pending agent" update after 96 hours...

Hmm after sending a ticket and posting here my pending request "unassigned" went to being "resolved" with payout sent. So i guess just have a good moan up and someone might listen.

I submitted my request 28th Jan. It's now "business day" number 8 since. It was "Pending agent" for 3 days before I got notification of a "review". It's now been 5 days(3 business) since I got told of this review and Live Chat informed me I would get a reply Tuesday (yesterday). They escalated my ticket but still nothing. Evil or Very Mad

I am also concerned about the recent "pending agent" status. I requested a payout on 01/13 and I got the "pending agent" today as well....It never takes this long. When can I expect payment?

I am -EDITING MY RANT- to include key points only. The reason I've posted in the first place is because I still have yet to receive my payout since 2/9/2017 even though I received a "congrats" payout msg on 2/13/2017...it is now 2/19/2017 and still nothing.

What needs to be done:
1. Contact creators at the first sign of any discretion - ie: the same day. Don't wait a week or 2 for creators to wonder and go ballistic over what appears to be incompetence on your behalf.

2. Don't send out false payout notices. This is a big one you really need to work on. I've already received 2 of these. Promising payouts to receive nothing for weeks with absolutely no explanation.

3. A clear and concise instruction guide needs to be added at the top of the payout request screen notifying creators of their options/responsibilities when changing their email address, along with appropriate links and instructions when doing so, that way you don't have other creators pulling out their hair, like myself.

**Specifically EMAIL CHANGES. with all the hassle I am having to go thru just because I changed my email address... I am honestly surprised you have not asked for a drop of blood....
