The Soapbox
Before i begin, i must remind you that in order to read the actual threads you must be a member. If you would like to join please send me a message and I'll send you an invite.
As hard as i tried, making each archived thread pretty would take way too long. For now every thread is what I call a "Hard Copy". Its basically everything, and i mean everything in a thread that was covered when i highlighted each post. So to help you better understand what you are looking at when you read the threads, i set up this color coded example to point out the different parts of a regular thread in the archive.
Red - Username the creator of the thread and those who posted replies.
Green - If the poster had badges visible, it was picked up as well and will show up in text form.
Blue - Title of thread.
Purple - Date and time of post.
Blacke - Body of post.
Orange - Options for editing post.

So readers, the only parts of the thread you need to focus on are the names of the poster and the body of their message. Of course they are not color coded in the individual thread which could make it hard to get used to but this was the best i could do without completely getting rid of the old messages. Hopefully in time you'll get used to it.

The "Active Members" panel displays up to six members who posted most recently to the group.
Click on the link "View All Members" to view all members of the group.

Help: Holla Board
The Holla Board is a place where members can write short messages for everyone to see. It is a quick and fun way for people to catch up with each other in a group. Unlike the Discussion Board which follows a more traditional forum style exchange, the Holla Board emphasizes what is happening right now and right here in your group. For this reason, messages are limited to 100 characters, and only the most recent messages are displayed.
A "new" icon (
) appearing in front of a message indicates that the message was posted within the last
5 minutes.To see the date and time when a message was posted, move your mouse cursor over the message, and a tooltip will appear that shows you the post date and time of the message.
Please note that if your message is deemed unsuitable for the group, it may be deleted from the Holla Board.
To post a message, click on the "Post Message" link. Please note that only a subset of the message syntax is supported for messages. Please click on the "Syntax Help" button to find out more.
