Little Shop of Horrors Fund & Scholarships
I decided to also offer scholarships for new devs. These will be paid from the LSoH account.
Rules & Requirements:
- dev owns name, obviously
- has less than 50 products (not counting stickers) in the catalog
- has a clear understanding of the TOS & copyright laws
- is an active member of the Little Shop of Horrors or Little School of Horrors group
- is specialized or wants to specialize in a related genre (cosplay, horror, scifi, cyberpunk, steampunk,...)
The application goes through this group by opening a new posting; this contains:
- link to catalog
- short summary what kind of products will be submitted with the scholarship credits; if already made: preview pics
The dev will get or not get a scholarship of 5K plus a 1 week introduction contest with his/her products as prizes.
If the dev does not have a banner/catalog icon or wants better/new ones, this can be handled through the contest, too.
To keep the fund running, each dev recieving a scholarship must donate 1 product of his/her choice to the LSoH shared account. The submission fees for this product will be paid by the LSoH, obviously, the earnings go back to the shared account and fill up the bank.

Public: Anyone can view the group. The group shows up in browse and search.
Private: Only members of the group can view the group. The group shows up in browse and search.
Secret: Only members of the group can view the group. The group does not show up in browse or search.

The "Active Members" panel displays up to six members who posted most recently to the group.
Click on the link "View All Members" to view all members of the group.

The Chalk Board (Please don't scratch!) is a place where members can write short messages for everyone to see. It is a quick and fun way for people to catch up with each other in a group. Unlike the Discussion Board which follows a more traditional forum style exchange, the Chalk Board (Please don't scratch!) emphasizes what is happening right now and right here in your group. For this reason, messages are limited to 100 characters, and only the most recent messages are displayed.
A "new" icon (
) appearing in front of a message indicates that the message was posted within the last
5 minutes.To see the date and time when a message was posted, move your mouse cursor over the message, and a tooltip will appear that shows you the post date and time of the message.
Please note that if your message is deemed unsuitable for the group, it may be deleted from the Chalk Board (Please don't scratch!).
To post a message, click on the "Post Message" link. Please note that only a subset of the message syntax is supported for messages. Please click on the "Syntax Help" button to find out more.
