Welcome everyone!
As a developer, I found it very hard to find derivable items. And where ever I asked, there was no place where these items were gathered. That is what this group does. It's a place for creators to post their items, and for developers to easily find them.
We are a community within IMVU which grows fast. We recently passed over 2000 members.
This is something we are proud of, and we look forward to your contribution. As the owner, I - Polystyrene - ask you to read quickly through the rules. They will be updated after need. If these are broken, you will get a warning. If you continue breaking the rules, you will be reported to the groupowner, and possibly booted.

The Shoutbox is a place where members can write short messages for everyone to see. It is a quick and fun way for people to catch up with each other in a group. Unlike the Discussion Board which follows a more traditional forum style exchange, the Shoutbox emphasizes what is happening right now and right here in your group. For this reason, messages are limited to 100 characters, and only the most recent messages are displayed.
A "new" icon (
) appearing in front of a message indicates that the message was posted within the last
5 minutes.To see the date and time when a message was posted, move your mouse cursor over the message, and a tooltip will appear that shows you the post date and time of the message.
Please note that if your message is deemed unsuitable for the group, it may be deleted from the Shoutbox.
To post a message, click on the "Post Message" link. Please note that only a subset of the message syntax is supported for messages. Please click on the "Syntax Help" button to find out more.
