Started this group in March of 2008 and it is now Feb or 2009 and everything I journaled using the Stretcher Tools below, are now happening to me.

I now will go back into each topic and share what happened from that thought or realizing in the moment of reading it, it can come true.

As I have journaled in my notebooks (journals of all kinds and sizes, outside computer)I then later went back and re-read throught them, I found half sentence. Sometimes I do not remember writing down. In doing so, I found that these sentences helped me have a new way walk myself through the situation. It created to bring clarity to me and the sitation I was in.
I gathered them all and used themas a gift and started finishing them.
I call them soul stretchers. A different way to bring about change in my thought process. I also would go back daily and re-answer them again and again, as you will see below. You are welcome to do them in your journals and find where they take you. When reading them back to yourself a week or month later, you will see they were what caused this new cause and effect to materalize in your life. (THAT IS WHAT I AM DOING NOW IN FE Find a way to answer them often, different and postive. T h a t i s t h e k e y. If you find you are not able to answer at that time~~~~let it go~~~ and go on to another one.
