[center]so, in talking with a dear friend of mine, i realized that a lot of women feel the same way... overworked, under-appreciated, and just plain tired of not being healthy. sometimes we feel as if we are so busy that we just don't have time for ourselves. sometimes we just don't feel like making time to work out or plan meals ahead of time because we are soooo drained from day to day life. i am hoping that maybe this group can help us. we can be each others' support system.

i thought if we posted our food/activity/water journals, maybe we'd be a little more aware about what we ate and did, and then we could look back at them and think, or even post if we feel like it, "hmm, i tend to overindulge around this time" or "i seem to do my best workout during this time" or "i need to drink more water". you can open a thread just for you, like i did with the "Peach's Food/Activity/Water Journal". then i will go back and edit that post throughout the day making additions.

now, with the activity... everything counts! even housework! if you are raising your heart rate and sweating, journal it. with the food, if you see a food on someone else's journal for which you would like the recipe, just ask! this group is about sharing.

you don't have to participate in every little thing. just do whatever is comfortable for you! if you've come here just to see the products that people use or the books that people read, that is totally fine. if you pop in every once in awhile to pick up a new exercise or share one, that's cool too.

this isn't a group to be critical of each other, in fact it's just the opposite... it's aaaaall about support! we are here to support each other and get that extra boost we need to be good to ourselves! we deserve it! so... let's unleash our inner Goddesses! :D[/center]
