The Soapbox
The rules will be posted in there own thread and must be read and followed plz.
In the forests of Kilica lay a lab underground. In this lab research took place on a group of creatures. In this small group were 2 demons, brothers by the names of Zaiko and Xan. There where also a few Shape shifters. Two were female foxes, and the other a male wolf-leopard, by the names of Maddie, Razalith, and Asher. Among the group was me (Kyren) a phoenix-wolf. As time passed for this small group of us life seemed to be over because we all knew that unless we could get out then the humans would kill us here to further enhance human soldiers. If that happened then all of our different races would be hunted down and used or killed for fun. As we pondered this we began to see a pattern in the way things were done. The times the guard changed shifts, how many times a day each of us was taken out for study, and how long the door took to close every time one of the doctors came in. As we work it out we came up with a plan to get out. One of the demons would try to get a map of the lab so we could get out once the guards and the enclosure was no longer a problem. As the days moved on in the same way they had for weeks Zaiko finally was able to pull a map from one of the men bringing him back fro study. We laid it out that night and found our way through the small maze of the lab. The next morning we would be out of here when one of the doctors came in for the morning study.
The sun for our enclosure came up and the doctor came in clip board in hand ready to record what he saw. We went about doing our normal things that morning and when the doctor left Xan ran for the door and placed a thick stick in the crack before it could close. We gathered together and went over our way out once again to make sure nobody would get left behind. Some of us that had special abilities were set into two groups one group for the front and one group for the back. Once we were ready we darted for the door and the waiting guards outside. We ran through the halls and saw nobody around those we did see ended up next to the wall in a sleep like state. Once out of the lab and into the fresh air we continued to run as far away from the lab as we could get. We ended at a smallish clearing with a giant oak at it’s edge with what seemed to be a cave at it’s base. We curled up in the cave witch turned out to be big even for the 6 of us and we all fell asleep tired from the escape we had just accomplished.
