The Soapbox
The roleplay is about a group of kids living together in an old abandoned factory building. These kids are going to be runaways from "broken" homes who are looking for a relief from the homes they dislike so much. The older kids may go by false names and most go to work to take care of the younger kids, it's like a family of children ages ranging from 10-20. This unconventional family lives in an old steel factory in a town called Youngstown, located in Northeastern Ohio. Youngstown is also called the city of broken dreams. These kids have gathered from different areas of the world to grow and live in hopes of moving on to better things, what will come of all of this? Will they prosper? Will there be flickers of love and hope?

SolOSin was one of the greatest friends a person could have. He was bright, funny, and an all-around good person. He was one of the main people who I believe made the group a funner, nicer place to be. He contributed so much, and took so little. As the co-founder of this group, and as a close friend to many of the members here, he will be missed dearly.

The Holla Board is a place where members can write short messages for everyone to see. It is a quick and fun way for people to catch up with each other in a group. Unlike the Discussion Board which follows a more traditional forum style exchange, the Holla Board emphasizes what is happening right now and right here in your group. For this reason, messages are limited to 100 characters, and only the most recent messages are displayed.
A "new" icon (
) appearing in front of a message indicates that the message was posted within the last
5 minutes.To see the date and time when a message was posted, move your mouse cursor over the message, and a tooltip will appear that shows you the post date and time of the message.
Please note that if your message is deemed unsuitable for the group, it may be deleted from the Holla Board.
To post a message, click on the "Post Message" link. Please note that only a subset of the message syntax is supported for messages. Please click on the "Syntax Help" button to find out more.
