So I tried to buy credits today with my master card which is an acceptable method , but Imvu still says :
"Your order cannot be completed!
We are having problems with the payment method that you have chosen.
Your card has not been charged and the items were not delivered.
Please try again with other payment methods.
You can contact us by email at: firstname.lastname@example.org
Thanks for supporting IMVU!"
my card is linked to my account, and the method was correct too.. The staff doesn't read my emails either, so.. what should I do ? It's pretty disturbing.
No one in the forums can answer your questions or fix the issue as this is a user help user forum.
Only thing users can tell you to do is either wait and try again tomorrow to see if the issue fixes itself and/or filing a billing help ticket by clicking on the word Help at the top of the screen then click on "get support" then submit a case under billing explaining the issue and asking them to fix it. _________________ Candy Colored Crayons < Contests, Games, and more.
