Since so many of us Roleplay familys on here I strongly suggest us being able to do shared rooms with more than I other person.. so those that are married and have roleplaying children can share the room with their spouse and children as well Very Happy

That would be a lot of owners for one room. From the RP I've seen, usually its the two parents who own the room -- do the kids necessarily need that ownership?

I wouldn't have any issue if IMVU gave users a way where they could give people access to their Shared Room on the tab, sort of like how a room can be set to open and people can be given a link to access the room.

As for being able to also decorate, that one I can't get behind. I think IMVU is being more than generous with allowing 2 people to decorate a room together. I don't think there is any reason to allow 3+ people to also be able to decorate the room. Creators are already getting hurt enough with 2 people being able to share inventory in a single spot, this would really kick them in the teeth with 3+ people being able to decorate a single spot.

Though I wouldn't be opposed to the 2 people sharing a room and being able to give other people the ability to move stuff around. Just no to adding / deleting. Having the option to move stuff wouldn't hurt the creating community. The only reason why I say no to deleting is because if there was a falling out or if someone just wanted to be a jerk. If they could go into the Shared room and just wipe it out. That would not be a very nice thing to do, and I wouldn't put it past people to do something mean like that in a given situation.

It's a novel idea but not a practical one. I could see the cost of these rooms being ridiculously high. There would ultimately be some fighting over what gets added and where it gets added since so many people would have a say in the decorating, as well as some fighting over the room to use. Then there is the issue of unfriending. If 4 people share the room (person a bought the room) and person b unfriends person d do both still have a share in the room, do both no longer have access to the shared room, would person a lose the room they bought as a result of someone unfriending someone else that shares it?

In RL when you have a family what happens is the parents own the home and decorate it and the kids have 0 say in it aside from a few things here and there in their bedrooms. If you want the kids to have say in the rooms then can either have them link you what they want in their rooms and have them there when you decorate it or they gift you the items they want and they are the there when you decorate it so they have a little say in where the stuff goes.

Where I bolded...

This is what I agree with. Also, you can make your RP children moderators, so they have some control over the room.

I have to agree with Aegenia, GypsySoul, and Diana above. It's a no from me for the reasons they stated. Sorry.
