Yesterday I ordered credits for 20 bucks and I haven't received them. After I clicked buy the website went to a message that said they were to be sent to specialist for review. The website ALSO said that it would take less than 24 hours. I went to sleep at 12 am here, and it's 11:41 so 6-7 hours. Obviously that isnt the full 24 hours, but I figure I should have them already. Any suggestions?

You can send a help ticket but that takes some time. Next time when you buy credits tho if you get that its being sent to review you have 30 minutes from time of purchase, if you are not vip, to use Live Chat in HELP and they can get your credits immediately after they verify a few things.

Going for review is a security feature designed to protect you and IMVU. For instance, if you haven't purchased credits in awhile from IMVU, they may want to make sure it is in fact you ordering them. If you're using a new CC to purchase, again, they're going to want to make sure it is you.
Usually within the 24 hr period you'll hear SOMETHING from them. Either your purchase will go thru without a hitch, or they'll message you requesting you contact them to complete your order. If that happens they will probably ask you to scan some of your personal ID's and send it to them. They'll explain which portions they don't need to see and have you black out those areas. It's an inconvenience, but it is done for your own security. _________________
