Surveys are like that but you can file a help ticket sorry I don't know where

There are two free spin games , one you click above on Next tab then top right click on the - C - coin tab and it will show a free spin if available .

The other one is here - http://www.imvu.com/earn_giftbox_game/?ID=re

How can you be here 10 yrs and not know where to file a help ticket? Laughing Laughing

Anyway, a help ticket in this case wouldn't solve a thing. OP, you will need to contact the company that you did the survey for....they're the ones that contact IMVU to tell them to pay out. Look on the page you got the survey, there should be a link to contact that company.

Well . . I've never filed one , simply put it just isn't something I'd ever have to do.

I'm pretty sure I read somewhere here on the forums in one of the specific stickied survey topics it says to file a help ticket when you get robbed on them. Also I know I've seen others recommend doing that quite a few times which is why I suggested it .But I dunno fo sho maybe youre right and it wouldn't help . . Again i never'd file one myself , I tried a survey once or twice it didn't work sent me in a never ending loop of various other surveys.Lesson there for me was never ever ever do surveys. Also to add for 1BlessedQueen if she is reading, from my understanding alike my never ending loop survey story is if you don't complete the survey you don't get any credits..Which I believe most of them are designed this way..Not to say they are actually all like that I'm sure some work but my view is jaded.

Locked because it's not a suggestion and because there are already many threads on this subject.

The offers are third party.
There are links on the offers page to check the status of offers and to file help requests with the companies. If your browser is blocking any cookies then the offers often can;t pay out because they can't identify the account to pay. It's that simple.

Filing an IMVU help ticket is not applicable when the problem is a third party company.
To file an IMVU help ticket for something IMVU related, you click on help, then on get support, then on submit a case.
