Hello there everyone c:

I plan on starting to create stuff for fun. Since I have so much free time (Online Schooling) I'd consider creating content.

Now, since I'm only new to this (I haven't gone through the agreements yet, but I'll do it once I get everything planned and read through the rules and stuff), I was wondering, are voice boxes a good start? They seem rather simple for a newbie (cut out multiple sound clips from song's and maybe distort the profanity).

Voice boxes aren't the only thing's I plan on doing though. I want to create more 3D content like clothing, accessories, ect.

If you record your own sounds or use stuff in the public domain, yep, great, go for it. Using anything made by someone else that you don't have permission to use? Nope nope. That would be copyright infringement.

Would making music voice boxes be considered copyright infringement?

If I thought right, then I would be stuck in a rut.

If you are using music you don't own the rights to, then yep it's copyright infringement.

The catalog is lacking vocal trigger boxes.
If you want to do something unique do your voice saying current phrasing etc.

If you want your main theme of your creator account to be voicebox, do that. If you want it to be clothing, then start with clothing. Same with every other thing u can create

I get what you're saying, they are easy. I personally hate voice boxes. I find them annoying and intrusive. I usually leave my speakers off when I chat so as to avoid then completely.

Ugh, so much this. I loathe voice boxes. I generally tend to keep my product sounds off unless I need to have them on for the rare reason. They irritate my dog, too. She starts growling and barking whenever they go off. lol

Honestly, most rooms have a No VB rule just because they're so irritating. I tend to associate them with noobs, though, so it might increase your predit sales at the very least.

I personally like voiceboxes and DJing on imvu.
If you are bothered by sounds, just mute your imvu as mentioned.
Im not using it a lot anymore but when i remember back how many years i had fun with that,... it was amazing and for a long time it was what made me actually enjoy imvu and my reason to come online daily and spend money on here.

Though i have to say that its not recommend to actually load up Tunes on imvu since you can get yourself into trouble and the old imvu community is not very "DJ friendly"...to say it careful. lol
