January 9, 2017: We have now disabled all 3D chat versions 527.0 and below. The lowest available version is 528.0. IMVU users will be required to upgrade if they are currently on version 527.0 or below.

I'm having quite a few problems with the new update, when I log in and the home page of the client is loaded I get this -- http://prntscr.com/d8ps1m

In rooms, if I don't first click on someones' profile, the room stays black -- to where I can't even see chat bubbles, although the chat box works just fine.

After clicking on someones' profile and letting it stay up, most of the room loads, and I can see chat bubbles moving about, but when I close the profile it goes back to being in a somewhat frozen stage, like so -- http://prnt.sc/d8prbz. No avatars are visible and I am not able to move.

Update : Even when people pop into the room I'm in, I get the error message popup.

I'm seeing for this new update where there is the games mode on client.. I see that Walk Off is there but when I click on it.. nothing happens.. so my question is this. Are Mac users still not able to play Walk Off on client? If this is true.. will it be available for this update?

I did this suggested update and now all of the pop-up windows are sized wrong, as well as the chat box. Chat rooms won't load for me whether the room is full or empty. My personal rooms are the only rooms that will load completely. This has never been a problem for my computer, I rarely crash or freeze or have trouble loading rooms. I've done the cache clearing and all of that...I even tried uninstalling the entire program and reinstalling it, but the problems remain. I've attempted to attach some screenshots to show what I mean about the incorrect sizing problems. http://imgur.com/a/WSu8r

I am having the same issues as Tiki on my end and did not have it before the update and made no changes to my comp settings. I did a clean reinstall twice and the same issue persists. I do not normally have any issues running IMVU or any games.

Also having the same problems as Tiki. The windows are all messed up, meaning there's a lot of excess graphic, leaving a bunch of white areas. For example, below the tabs is a huge white field going all the way down to the ticker that goes across on your dashboard. Profile cards have an excess grey-ish field beyond their borders making the window excessively large. Chat room description preview windows also have this same issue. Essentially, this messed up the resolution of popups, leaving a bunch of extra blank areas.

I keep getting the "You're Disconnected" error message even though I'm still connected to the internet.

Nothing has changed as far as "improving" the loading of many outfits. Still slooooooow as molasses even after several hours and restarts of the Client.

So... yeah. *sighs*

I do see the new Games button on Page 2 and it does direct me to Next & the games with no problem.
