5-6 days is usually how long it takes for me as well..I was just being hopeful that there really was an "update"..lol.

I requested a payout on the 17th and haven't received it yet and today USB the 29th. I have sent a ticket 2 days ago and they said that i would get a response within 24-48 hours. No response yet. Just wondering is this only happening to me or is anybody else having payout request problems.

It's possible that they are investigating your account. I do notice that you seem to have a lot of trademarked products. IMVU will generally not allow you to earn cash if you are breaking the TOS.

I just requested payments for 4 accounts, 3 got accepted - but I see no money yet. The fourth got refused - with no explanation. What do I do next?

That's pretty crap they don't tell you why. I guess you should send a reply to the ticket for that one.

Did you get the money for the others yet? It can take a few hours to go through.

I wondered if there was some limit on making too many requests from "related" accounts

Nah, I log in and out of accounts and make requests its not random either, first I login to every account and see what ones are due payment. Then I re log in and out of those accounts with enough and request so there all done in a 30 minute time frame.

I have submitted all of my information for account verification, but I am still unable to cash in and receive a payout. I have submitted an inquiry, but have received an answers. Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong?

I dont know if anybody have the issue as I do. My account is verified for a long time (a year and a half) and I have many successful payout requests. IMVU recently revoked my eligibility to earn money from my product's sales without providing me any valid reason. My shop is 100% aligning with the TOS (no copyrighted/trademarked products). I guess they cant find anything wrong with my shop that is why they just told me in the message
that their fraud team found some suspicious activity in my account and that I can continue to create and sell products on imvu and get credits instead of money. They also said that they cant tell me what they found after reviewing my account.
The message itself sounds suspicious.

They cant tell me what led them to that decision. If IMVU found anything wrong with my account or my shop they would have disabled me already. We all know they are pretty quick at disabling people.

I find IMVU action shady because they do this to me every Thanksgivings (holiday season when the sales go up). They revoked my ability to earn money from product sales around the same time last year - Thanksgiving 2015. They also sent me the same message above. The issue got solved within 2 weeks via help ticket. However, this time I submitted a help ticket but it has been almost a month and they have not answered me. They just ignore the ticket. I had two customer service representatives escalate the case but it did not help.

I would like to ask is there a way to get the Earn Money team to reply to my help ticket? I am pretty angry at this point because i feel like this is a form of harassment from IMVU to its content creator.

How long ago did you submit the information. It can take a week or so to get verified. They will let you know that you have when they have finished checking out your information and shop.
