IMVU Terms of Service (Section 6, Conduct)
http://www.imvu.com/catalog/modules.php?op=modload&name=phpbb2&file=viewtopic.php&t=3991
INTRODUCTION
IMVU is a place where people come to make new friends, hang out, interact, and communicate in a safe, non-threatening environment. The rules governing your behavior on IMVU are simple. They are based on treating other people with courtesy and respect, and abiding by the "Golden Rule" -- to act toward others in a way that you would expect them to behave toward you, your friends, or members of your family.
SECTION 6: Conduct
You are expected to use IMVU in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations. While using IMVU, it is your responsibility to act and behave in a manner that is respectful, courteous, or sensitive to the members of the IMVU community and to society at large.
You agree not to post, email, submit, or otherwise make available content:
1. that is disrespectful, discourteous, and insensitive to any member of the IMVU community.
2. that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, or harms minors in any way;
3. that harasses, degrades, intimidates or is hateful toward an individual or group of individuals on the basis of religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age, or disability;
4. that impersonates any person or entity, including, but not limited to, an IMVU employee, or falsely states or otherwise misrepresents your affiliation with a person or entity;
5. that exposes anyone in the "general audience" section of the program to content deemed to be 'mature' or 'adult' in nature, or belonging to the 'adult section' of the program (examples of this might include sexually explicit language, suggestive behavior, naked photos or images, etc. A good rule of thumb is: "if it's something you would not see or hear on prime-time TV, then it probably does not belong in the general audience section of the program");
6. that includes personal or identifying information about another person without that person's explicit consent.
...
Additionally, you agree not to:
18. contact anyone who has asked not to be contacted;
19. "stalk" or otherwise harass anyone;
...
IMVU reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action in its sole discretion against anyone who violates this provision, including without limitation, removing the offending communication from the program and terminating the membership of such violators.

unfortunately I don't think you can do anything apart from email IMVU about this, I had one and my messenger lags before coming up with an error and is forced to close, this happened when I clicked 'chat now' one time and the guy was talking to me but I wasn't responding because of the error, he blocked me and then reported me for abuse, I was like wtf? but I couldn't do a thing about it unfortunately. _________________

give it some time and it will go away. tell her that there are a lot of nice people on here, but there are also a lot of not so nice people too. just like in the real world. just be sure to explain to her that the person FILING the report will be in more trouble for it as a result. give her a great big hug and let her know that it will go away soon! _________________

I reviewed the report and it clearly states the transcript of the conversation as well gives a link:
If you feel you were unjustly reported for abuse, click the following URL: http://www.imvu.com/catalog/web_help_center.php?action=show_topic&help_topic_id=186
IMVU also stated that they have not decided on what to do. That message is pretty automated trust me nothing is gonna happen once they review the transcript (which is a total of 1 line) they will see that it was a bogus complaint which in return can backfire against the person who filed the report.
I actually had someone report me and I in turn reported them roflmfao because well they left a rude message on my hp so they reviewed what she had said and my response and why I was reported and why she was reported and decided that I was clearly in the right No harm no foul.
Tell your sis not to let one person ruin her good time on imvu. She need to take this place with a grain of salt honestly as you will run into a few a$$'s but most on here are great ppl who are willing to help anytime they can.
Keep your chin up lil sis and get back on that horse _________________

a child can be hurt over some of the simplest of things, it's not stupid that they get upset and besides it's the concept. If you were reported to the police for abusing someone would you be okay with that? I doubt it. Just keep in mind that this is a child and she feels like she's been reported to the police for nothing. _________________
