Have a new one today in creator mood. When adding another actor, both avatars won't go together in same room together, Really not good when trying to make a product for two ppl on a pice of furniture or dance product. Evil or Very Mad

Well I uninsalled and reinstalled including uninstalling all folders and etc. It's still doing the same thing for me. The adding a furniture into any room and not seeing it until you leave and come back is still the same issue also. I used a different browser of Chrome and the old Microsoft browers to and still same issues.

I'am updating and don't know why but my creator mood and adding an actor is working fine again. On the other note not seeing furniture, dances and so to a room, Those still can't be seen until leaving the room and coming back to see the items that were added.I have 20 regulars that are good friends of our family and their all reporting the same issues. This really needs to be fix.

When this happens, go to your client settings and click on "send log files to IMVU" and they can work on a solution. Smile

Try this, Right Click on the IMVU Icon. Click on "Run as Administrator".

If no avail, uninstall IMVU completely. Answer "Yes" to 'Remove Files and Folders' question, then reinstall from Here:

It is the "access denied" part fo the error message that bugs me. Also, in conjunction with sending the log files, update your help ticket with the graphics you have listed in your post (attach files). This may give IMVU CS an indication of what is happening. If you don't have a Help Ticket, start one.

Did a complete uninstall and reinstall with 524.2. So far client seems a lot more stable and working better. Load times are much better with rooms and outfits. I have not been in create mode yet, so if I come across any issues there I will post again.

Recently I've started getting disconnected from the client, with this...



...popping up in the bottom right of my screen.

When this happens, I can't access the website and get an error message when I try to refresh.

Also when this happens my internet is connected fine and I can access all other online services and websites.

Was wondering if anyone else was having this issue?

I had this happen to me to a few days ok until I uninstalled, cleaned file also and reinstalled and haven't seen it since.
