Getting tired of IMVU telling me to go to the help center when I have questions or concerns about the Earn Money Program.

Then why even bother to have this if you're not going to answer anything? perhaps change the meaning or tittle of it or somethings. IMVU needs to get on the same page on what goes on.

I waited until competence. I will now start legal proceedings. I got all the documents. My money (check) still did not come. And imvu dont return back to me, Does not express with a straight-forward explanation about my check.
I wait for a long time, but it is enough. No one was helping and nobody could explain. And When i send the ticket imvu does copy paste every ticket like robot without solve. . I will now start the legal process with my saved documents.

They act very carelessly and they do not have any information and they do not give any information. No follow-up (track) number nothing really. its like wait with hope

Hello, I Asked a payment on day 24 January. My request is in status "Pending Agent" from Friday 27, today I checked and I did not have my money. Usually in a maximum of 4 days of the request for a payment I receive the money. If you pay within 7 days, not counting Saturdays and Sundays, at most tomorrow I should get the money?
