That's unfair, giving me promotional credits instead of credits when I used credits to buy songs, why am I just getting promotional credits. I am a little mad about this but its alright and I don't remember receiving any msg from imvu in advance.

Middle of November and still nothing!? Also I'm curious about all the music products that were hidden by the Devs after they were deemed useless. They were never removed from my inventory nor did i receive refund/removal messages from them and there are A LOT of them!

You are getting them because you failed to file notice on how you wanted to be paid they messaged everyone effected the instructions and links to those instructions and what to do.

IMVU doesn't stand to given promises. My avi from 2007 should have received Predits months ago. - I'm seriously disappointed in IMVU not communicating anything about it.

Predits don't hurt investors gain, and commitments to exsisting customers should be more relevant then promotional adverts. -

Ya ive sorta given up recieving anything from them. More annoyed at how much real money i spent on buying credits to buy the stupid music. Its same with store music now, ive bought it and it played and now even some dont play in my ''territory''. No wonder more people prefer to buy trigger music coz at least its cheap and it plays for them.

I think it is DISCRIMINATION that some people on imvu have got nothing back...

That's some kind of "settlement".

Some people get their settlement.

While others like ourselves get nothing!

^Wow really?! A "Guest" advertising Moana Shows how much this thread is being watched. So this is what's important, drawing in new members to come in and spam the place, instead of tending the members that have supported and made this company's community grow into what it is today Lol Seriously IMVU get your priorities straight. Anywho! Contacted customer support about the audio products that were hidden by the developers after they deemed unsuitable for more sales. Seeing they were never removed nor was i messaged for a future refund on them ( which i haven't been refunded for even the ones i was promised refunds for yet) And i got a lovely reply stating

Edit: So i was reading the topics in the above link IMVU had replied to me with and i figured hey maybe i bought some of these products that are now hidden before 2008 deadline and they were resurrected. Unfortunately that's not the case. Thanks to the lovely credits balance log and my love for imvu roleplay nostalgia I'm seeing that a high percentage of them were bought between January and February of 2010. I wonder if someone is going to help me or must i really contact the administrator of the settlement website, seeing the contact information is listed in one of the announcements. Seems a bit inconvenient.
Edit: ( I wouldn't be complaining if there wern't 58 of these products accounted for in my inventory)

I also wrote to customer service what a joke they gave me a link that doesn't even exist. Nice try! They are ingnoring the ones with pay outs thinking we will just go away.
