i should also mention that the DPI scaler in 530.4 has to be set to 2x or the client looks completely wonky, and in that update the chat window is miniature, and my initial issue persists. so more issues are present in the new update for me. due to this ive gone back to 530.0

I still have the issue with the music stream in the chat rooms. still not fixed idk if its even being looked at currently im going to be a pest till it is. if anyone else out there with a AMD process or and the B&O sound boost is having the same problem pls let me know on here

A quick addition to my othre post. ive noticed that the music issue is ONLY with imvu's music. all other sources such as youtube play just fine. so do all other sounds. Ive also had my computer do a random restart in the middle of a chat id say twice now. yesterday 2 times( 1/29/17) and one other time in the past month. info... its a HP Pavilion laptop with a AMD A10-8700P Quad core APU processor. its got the B&O sound boost on it. its a 1TB hard drive with 8MB memory. its got the HP cool sense aid which is supposed to help it stay cooler

Issue: From the sign-on screen through the interface itself, the frame borders are all messed up. The sign-in frame is correct BUT the actual sign-in box is relegated to the top right quarter of the frame. In the client itself, there appears a white band across the top of any chatroom and the chat dialog box at the bottom is nearly 50% of the screen. Ads on the chatroom selection screeen are so b ig, I can't see the whole interface.

Mine is exactly as you describe it. I got a new laptop nearly a year ago with windows 10 and have never been able to use it for that. My chatroom screen is so small that you can't see anything so hard to play. The chatroom dialogue takes up most of the screen. So I play on my old laptop but one of these days it will be done. There are so many people complaining about the same problem and I don't know why this issue hasn't been fixed. When my old laptop gives up my game will be over here.

1 - Windows 10 Upgrade or New Installation? Bought a new laptop
2 - What was the old Windows Version, if upgraded? I used windows 8.1 before the new laptop
3 - Current Version of your IMVU Client: 530.0 becuase 530.6 don't work correctly
4 - How much Ram on your Computer: 8 gb of ram
5 - CPU Processor and Graphics information: intel i7 -6700HQ 2.60 ghz and NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX (Search/Run "DxDiag" to get info.)

6 - The exact error message you are receiving (if any): none at the moment but the speech bubbles and the action menu are small.

7 - What type of Firewall/Antivirus program are you using?: Norton

So it seems I have the same issue as many others...white band across top of any screen, strange margins on sign in, and a 6 inch chat space with 2 inch picture. I have notified the HELP CENTER and opened tickets and if they thank me one more time for my patience I think I will scream till they hear me in India or where ever they are. What is going on and why don't they fix it?? I know many others who are on Windows 10 without issue. I was fine using windows 10 till IMVU did the last update. The problem lies in the imvu update not with WINDOWS. This has been going on since beginning of January, 2016. They kept saying sorry and closing the ticket. Now I am going to open a ticket every single day till they address it. I can not create products looking at a 2 inch screen.

I have been able to get on the 3d client for about 4 months now,I'm stuck on Next which I HATE btw.Juts one day my laptop wouldn't load it and that was it,My Hp laptop is just a year old running on windows 10,Everything works on it all my games etc,Except IMVU.I load the client and it just freezes as it get to the main screen where you're avatar is on the left ,The avatar doesn't appear and it just freezes dead,Tried uninstalling,reinstalling,checked corrupted files couldn't find any,tried other updates before,Nothing seems to work =/

Anyone have similar problems?

Now that the youtube players dont work.. yes ive read why, does that mean the tech department will finally...FIX MY MIX MUSIC SO AT LEAST IT WORKS NOW???? IM NOT TALKING THE 20 SECOND TRIGGERS IM TALKING THE NORMAL LENGTH SONGS WERE ALLOWED TO HAVE. it still cuts in and out and its been almost 2 months id like it to work. I PAID MONEY FOR THE CREDITS USED TO BUY THE MUSIC AND IT DOESNT WORK.. FIX IT PLEASE. IM LOSING PATIENCE FAST... thank you

info for whoever.. imvu 530.8 windows 10 1607 all things are current and updated INCLUDING java adobe windows imvu and all media sources and sound cards. its a HP Pavilion Quad Core APU 8 MB memory 1 TB hd. B&O sound boost the apu is the AMD A10-8700P APU

Yah Uh.... I've used imvu a lot in the past and it worked fine(Not for my current computer) and I got a new computer a little over a month ago that has windows 10 on it so for some reason whenever I have a browser open plus imvu it completely crashes my computer but when I just have 1 open at a time(Have to close one to open the other) It never crashes me..... It's really odd and actually annoying.
