I've also been experiencing this! I created a new chat room and was in there with my sister but every time I spoke it said "(Sending too many links too fast; slow down!)", I thought it was something in the room so we left and went to another but it was still happening!
Also, I wasn't even sending any type of link, I was simply trying to have a normal conversation. I got frustrated and logged off, but it was still happening when I logged back on!

i even cleared out caache, it signs me off, still happens. i think it may bee the Language thing cuz they were in a different language when they did a screen shot and the room wasn't English

Another case here. It persisted through several relogs, and while the spamming eventually stopped I couldn't say anything in chats. Or, no one could read what I was saying, it looked like it was going through fine on my end.

I am having this same issue. I tried loggings, resetting password, deleting the imvu program, and using imvu next. I am still doing it under this account. I can't chat suddenly, just today.

I'm seeing this happen when someone tries to talk to me, or when i enter a new room. Have relogged but the problem seems to still be occurring

I'm seeing this happen to random people who enter rooms I'm in. Everything they post is just (Sending too many links too fast; slow down!). I messaged one of them asking about it and they had no clue it was even happening to them, they just thought people were being rude and ignoring them.

In an attempt to squash room spammers this bug was the side effect.

It was not a hack attempt on your account.

The matter has been fixed but it may take some time to see the issue completely removed from all of the rooms.

Sorry if I have offended anyone by letting staff know they are doing a good job. I know there is no need for these actions. Most people know this staff 'showing' has not been the normal in the past. Just pointing out a good thing is all I was doing. Again, sorry if anyone feels offended!
