ive beenback for maybe a week an updated 518 when i came back ... i have wifi in my home an use that for everything else no prolems as this pc isnt even 6 months old ... but with the update everything laggs no matter wha i try to do ..load friends list nothin shows up ... 10 minutes later it pops up :/ try load room gotta wait 5 to 8 minutes for it to load everything laggs

so i went an got ethernet line an hardlined my pc to the net ..same issues all lagg all the time dont make any sense

no . same service provider ive had for the 7 years an 8 months i been using imvu

never had this issue befor ..this is a prolem with thier update .. reminds me of the time they forced a update an it was incompatible with half the users virus protection everyone had to go buy new protection to use the client .. they changed or added something an they need to figure it out an fix it ... taking me 10 minutes to load a some thing in create mode dont make any sense log in gotta wait 13 minutes for my friends list an messages to load :/ get invited to a room .. an people leave befor the room loads becuse it takes 15 minutes an they think ur not coming

P.S. mods please dont message an suggest uninstalling an reinstalling anymore .. they need to fix this

Thank you very much, it definitely is new the update Confused I went back to 518 and my product submissions are passing peer quickly again. YAY! I hope this gets fixed soon on 519!

I seem to be dropping out of my public rooms a lot.

Its not uncommon for a room owner to park in there playing music it also allows that room owner to monitor chats in the room.

Something in these last updates have stopped that.
Room owner should not be dropped from their own room for inactivity

I really hate this last update...
Product Icons are not loading in the shop, lagging in rooms, some times not getting any chat invites from friends etc.

Maybe some day

will mean that IMVU works as it should again
without lagging and freezing...

But it is not THIS update. ( ゜_゚ )

Trying out 519.6
Some products still lagging HORRIBLY
when trying to load them into the shop
or when trying to decorate rooms
Or when changing clothes

Some products not loading in peer review
must be reloaded 2 or 3 times to see them.

Missing icons when browsing furniture and clothing inventories.

In chat, some times we are out of synch, she sees me
in a different position than i see me in.

i noticed on 519.0 version it takes to much memory i saw it on task manager it was 1,000,000k and little more then i crashed and the low memory message appear i didn't had this problem on the previous version

Currently on our system with the shop open it is keeping just under 400,000kb (400MB) between 390 and 415, and it is odd that it keeps changing even when i am just standing there with no products around me. That seems to be a lot of MB to be changing just to make those annoying little gif icons flash at me?

With the client program open all by it self, the RAM bounces between
286.5 and 288.1 right now... and that seems strange too, i have clicked
already to close the spam bar.

IMVU takes more RAM than it should and does not even use it well
as the constant LAG continues to show.

No surprise there.

Another update and still i get no saved outfits loading, no items in the shop loading, no rooms loading when searching in the public chat rooms part.
no messages loading in my inbox.

I've tried a fresh install of 519.0 2 times now and both times it installs but when the IMVU login screen pops up it also pops up with a IMVU pop up that says file corrupt fix now or IMVU will not work right. If you choose no, the error keeps popping up. If you choose yes then it takes you to http://www.imvu/signup/download to where I assume you have to download the latest version.

518.0- latest 519 versions have all been corrupt for me. When I try to view profiles it locks up.

By now, IMVU should have this down. These corrupt files and lock ups should not be happening. IMVU what are you guys doing? Do you not care about the people that use your product? How about those of us that have purchased VIP? Do any of us matter? IF we do.....then ACKNOWLEDGE THE PROBLEM AND TELL US WHAT IMMEDIATE STEPS YOUR DOING TO CORRECT IT!!!

Just a thought...perhaps bring back old font? Still hurting my eyes und the constant difference in some characters between type to text box und the chat box are still more than annoying.
