*passes you some packing peanuts* Merry Christmas. Slowly making my way to a month under review. (Next week) And while I know it's Monday. I also know it's Christmas this week and most of their workers are probably already half checked out by now. You might say "Oh ye of little faith." And you would be right :3 I have no faith/trust/joy in this site anymore.

I hope that since this money isn't mine (and hasn't been all of December) that you have no intention of trying to tax me for it~ Wonder what my form that you guys said you will issue will end up looking like. I've already tallied everything I've actually earned.

Also heads up. Since you guys at the head office will be doing them yourselves soon. Tax season is coming up you are fixing to have another way of confused people trying to figure out how to file stuff and where to find information.

All that griping being said.

Staff made an effort to get payments etc sorted before the Thanksgiving holiday......would be nice if they'd do the same for Christmas. I wonder if any staff are still on or if they're all on holiday already?

How about letting us know if/when payouts will be shut down over Christmas?

IMVU still hasn't fulfilled my payment request made on the 16th of December. Two weeks of sparse responses, asking for my identification twice for the same ticket and me providing them with it (twice) then radio silence since.

By the way, my request went through in 5 days, Not bad for holiday time. I still think they need to tell us holiday time working hours though so we can plan ahead if needed.

Okay so after two full weeks of waiting for one ticket, I get MASA capped again. No problem, I guess. It's in the agreement I signed so I should be okay with it, right ?

Should I just stop creating products at this point? I just want to cash out my earnings without any problem. I LOVE what I do here and I don't want to stop creating but I feel like it's no use to keep on striving to make good content and to better myself, to promote my catalog and all that if any improvement I make is just going to be overlooked - no, actually, denied like this.

What's especially depressing is that the cap amount was exactly the SAME as last time, they didn't even bother to cap me at a slightly higher amount, when I know for a FACT that my sales month to month last year were always growing. It just all seems so arbitrary, no proof no numbers nothing, just some CS rep deciding what my livelihood is going to be for the next month, how much grocery shopping I'm allowed and how many of my bills I'm going to be able to pay.

I'm just at a loss at what to do with my "IMVU business" right now. I'm just looking at an available balance in the thousands that will keep getting bigger and bigger without me being able to touch it.

When honest content creators are being punished like this and pushed out of creating and improving by the system itself then it's an unfair system and something needs to change. If any staff member is reading this, I urge you to push to reevaluate the MASA system for creators who have been constantly improving their sales and making IMVU better and more successful by doing so. Give us an incentive to work harder, don't push us out of the game.

That's just criminal.

If I were you I'd seek legal advice and find out whether there is any lawful reason for them to withhold money you have rightfully earned in this way.

I think when they said that MASA caps allow for growth they meant for the growth of IMVU's bank account.

Oh good, so when they finally get around to VERIFYING my account, I get to wait forever for a payout.

Seriously, I put in an account verification request a week and a half ago with a signed w-9 and everything and it hasn't even been looked at yet. Sad I only really earn around Christmas time (obviously) and I may not be able to touch my money because I don't know if I will make their self-imposed 15 day deadline. Sad Frustrating to be gone for so long and come back to major change like this.
