Not true, I was able to regenerate a new coupon code just now
http://www.imvu.com/earn/manage_coupons/

Also, I still see the option to apply the coupon code at the buy credits page
http://www.imvu.com/store/index/

She was referring to the apply coupon option not being available during a sale anymore.

Still wondering...

Is IMVU trying to fix/work with us on this MASA cap? Or are we just out of luck and its going to stay the way it is?

Please, can we please have an answer? Things are not adding up right, people are shorting themselves pay, and people are getting MASA capped super low. We need an answer, are yall trying to fix it, or re-work it, or are even looking at it? Or are we just out of luck!?!?!

Especially considering someone did the figures and they're being capped at well, well, well below .40/1000

We were over quoting so just gonna make a new message, I got the payment finally. I didn't think I would get it until Monday, happy to see it's finally there though.

Yuuup. Count me in, in hitting that MASA cap baloney

Good news! We have processed payout request. Please note that we are not paying the full amount as your request exceeded the maximum payment amount for the current 30 day time period based on our MASA rules including the additional amount we allow on top of the limits. MASA or Monthly Average Sales Amount limit is based on your earnings on product sales over the previous 12 months. Rest of your money continues to remain in your available balance and you may request it in your future payouts - made after 30 days after the request date of this one.

Good news indeed. It's wonderfull when you wait 2 weeks to collect the desired amount. 1 week to actually cash out. and then 5 hours later you wish you never developed in IMVU. This is tragic since I rely on a steady flow of cash from credit sales and IMVU is pretty much saying that only people that should be doing business is IMVU and not You (it should only be hobby to all of us huh?). Any serious business men/women should stay clear of IMVU.

No one is going to wait 30 days okay? Time is money and IMVU have wasted soooo much of that. That is a whole month of salary that I can't use to pay for expenses.

MASA in reality is just a mechanism to hold on to our money a little longer so they can pretend its part of their profit. There is no reason to manage our money for us. We are not children. IF they think this is a way to prevent fraud they have no business doing business in the internet.

AT LEAST BE CONSISTENT WITH THE MINIMUM BALANCED REQUEST field. we have no god damn way of figuring out our MASA Cap!

Customer support is as fast as the Cash check out request. Even a bank will tell you your limits on their website. This is the least intuitive web interface I have ever seen. Why not just give the creators the same data that the Customer support system is using to tell them that I have reached a limit. IMVU is just being trash.

I have removed posts that are seeking account specific or ticket specific assistance. Forums are not the place to do so.

If you have any issues with your specific payout request, fee etc, please respond to the ticket and ask your questions there.

Thank you

Same thing, the apply coupon option is still there for sales and crew-pons.

The last coupon I tried to use for a crew-pon wouldn't work. It was the last crew-pon deal they had before this recent one. It would of been a pretty good deal had it let me use it. It didn't. So I didn't buy it.

The coupon code option is there for crewpons but not for sales....I had to purchase credits today and the coupon button wasn't there during a 35% off sale. Funny thing...there was a 40% off sale after the 35% sale but credits still cost the same either way. That is some sneaky crap!

Just to be clear on the coupon codes, you can not use your own. You have to use a code that belongs to another account and buy a minimum of $50, yes is there for both sales and the crew-pon, I just tried it and is working.

Back on topic... with the crew-pon you only get 155k for as before you would get 200k. IMVU you have become too expensive, less people will buy products which means less profits for creators.

Glad to see people speaking out about what an utter ripoff badges are. Talk about the digital pet rock.
