The original announcement will stay locked so everyone has an easy way to access and consume that information.

IMVU staff will be actively monitoring the discussion here, however, may not respond to each and every post. We will however update the FAQs as and when needed based on this discussion.

Reminders: Please keep your posts on topic. As per our forum rules, baiting, attacking each other, etc is not okay.

I've lost two weeks income during this changeover period that I will never get back thanks to the stopping and starting of the pend, I feel I am owed some clear answers.

1. What does 2 or 3 days a week for processing payouts ACTUALLY MEAN? It's so flipping vague. For example, is it Week 1: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and then Week 2: Tuesday and Thursday. Or is it random? Is it sometimes 2 and sometimes 3? We were promised "control and consistency" and there is a severe lack of that right here.

2. Why are there no plans to speed up the payment processing? I feel like I am earning faster than I can withdraw.

3. Can we PLEASE be told what our MASA caps are? I know we can calculate our average but we need to know when we will be capped.

4. Is there a timeline for automated payments being implemented? Are they weeks away? Months?

5. What does Phase 2 consist of? When will it be rolling out? Are there going to be more surprises affecting how we can access our money?

6. Can I please have a puppy?

7. In our reports, what does "post-delivery sale reversal" mean?

Can IMVU give us a global Find and Replace tool that applies to all product pages' HTML?

That would be heaven.

I didn't get any inbox message. And I think we will have to fix them eventually, we are just not going to get in any trouble if we don't do it right away.

So would this be ok then?

Since it's not directly linking to any former Re-Seller?

Reminder:

As per our original announcement and the timeline listed in it, May 13th is the last day for IMVU customers to purchase Credits from authorized resellers. We have been working with them and continue to do so in this transition period.

A message to this effect is going out to all active IMVU customers on Wednesday.

The next steps now include removal or updating of content that advertises reseller services - badges, banners, virtual products, profile picture frames, taglines etc. Resellers are working with us in the process to minimize disruption and ensure no one ends up linking to inactive sites or dead links.

As of May 14th, IMVU will be the only source for buying Credits and account upgrades (and also to earn money from for Creators). We want to ensure that no one is confused going forward about possibility of buying them elsewhere - and as a result fall for scams as all such offers will be unauthorized and fraudulent.

We are requesting our users to update their homepages, profile cards etc to remove any mention of resellers since there will not be a reseller program going forward. We know updating of product pages for example is not easy and therefore we are working with resellers themselves so they update their badges, virtual products and banner codes on their ends..

Don't worry, we are not going to take action against accounts that might be displaying content for currently authorized resellers, however, we will remind you to update such content.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
INBOX:

Reseller advertising: If you are advertising services of previously authorized resellers via your homepages, badges, product pages, profile cards, etc, its time to make changes and remove such content. Our resellers are working with us to help with these efforts - changing banner codes as an example so you don't have to edit hundreds of product pages. The goal is to ensure customers do not encounter inactive websites or dead links. We appreciate your help to achieve this goal.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Do as you wish then.

From the message in inbox:

''Reseller advertising: If you are advertising services of previously authorized resellers via your homepages, badges, product pages, profile cards, etc, its time to make changes and remove such content. How can I call this clear in any way? People get this message, halfway they think ''Oh I have to change it'', then ''Oh I don't, as IMVU is working on it with the Resellers'', then back to ''I have to change it, as she states ''It's time to make changes''..... UHM NO< not clear enough!

Question is: Do we or do we NOT have to change.

--edited for disection of this--

1: It's unclear in the message, you say it's time for changes.

2: It seems like you have help from Resellers, so what can we do to help you? (or can we just sit back and let it be?)

3: We appreciate your help to achieve this goal.''??? <--- Uhm what?

I am lost. ><

--edited again to remove typo's, lol my kittens are 6 days old and bothering me already XD Nice promise for a remote future---
