Still having the same issues I have been having for months now..nothing helps

-Chat rooms tab error message
-Problem retrieving your messages error
-Problems in the shop, nothing loads/if it does load, I can't search for anything or I get an error pop-up message.
-Problem loading your outfits error message
-Profile cards not able to view them, getting an error message there too


What I CAN do on imvu
-Follow my friends into rooms that they're in to chat to them, because I can't go anywhere else, seeings to how my chat rooms won't open
-Go to the browser to read every message I get
-Shop, when I'm able to, by actually going thru every page, one by one
-Go to the outfits page on the browser to load a saved outfit
-Complain more about how imvu needs to fix this, and wait longer for the problem to be resolved, which won't happen, they'll just toss another useless update out

that IMVU continues to ignore
continue to be serious issues.

WB Mika. Haven't seen you in much too long.

On Topic. The only problems I've had have been Music Shop, but those seem to be cleared up - except for that weird wording I wrote about in issues.

That is wonderful for you!
But peep back through the thread and read how some of the others
are not quite so lucky as you have been.

The worst lag is in loading of products
loading in the shop, loading in decorating
loading from our saved outfits.

i have had those same experiences and also
when some one uses one of the basic triggers in chat
like smiling or LOL or just saying yes
the first time in chat some one does that
the loading bar drops and we wait for the trigger to happen.

This morning we had a strange bounce problem
No, it was not some one landing and bouncing some one else
they moved from standing near the door to sitting on the bench to take off their shoes - but the act of taking off their shoes bounced them back to the door - at least that is what most of us saw. She saw her self at the bench.

She synched up with us again at the couch.
That is a loading error too - the client did not refresh for us
so we did not see her action.

Some times instead of loading
we just see a loading bar, or even two.
It may take an entire minute or more, for a product to appear in the shop.
Doing PR is an exercise in frustration too - some products do not load
you must click to view them in 3D again and again before you see them.

Again, it is wonderful for you.
i wish every one was sharing that experience.

I'm on version 518.14 and I noticed that when I changed textures and clicked Apply, all the actors stayed in place. I was working with only one creator's products, so I don't know if this creator figured something out or if IMVU fixed it so that the actors remain in place while changing textures. If IMVU changed this, I don't know when this change occurred (I just noticed it), but I love it! Smile

I tried the new update and things were going good until just now when i checked my messages and i was hit with the problem retrieving your messages error*


Dreading to check everything else now as it will no doubt be the same.

I'm currently using Windows 10 Technical Preview, and the only issue I have is the same one I had when using Windows 7 where my rooms don't load under the "Manage" tab. I have to open and close the tab several times because it will just spin and then later load an error message.

Not sure if anyone else is having these issues besides me but with versions 518.14 and .12 when i go to try something in shop, it don't load. I have to click on 3-4 items before 1 thing loads. Time to go back again

But they have added another language to the client. Didn't work on any of the reported issues, but we got another language!
