if you share a room with a friend and you purchase another to share with a diffrent friend, how do you find the two rooms, only the latest one you share shows up on your shared room and the previous one you were sharing has disappeared! How do you get it back? where is it?
Hi, you should be able to own more then one shared room. When you open a shared room via the client, then you should be able to pick which one you wish to open. You can also open a shared room via this page.

If a shared room did disappear, then please check first if you and your shared room partner are still friends on IMVU. This because unfriending your shared room partner, also means that the shared rooms that you two shared will disappear.

If that happend or not and you simply dont know why the shared room disappeared then please contact customer service. Just click on ''Help'' (found at the top right corner) -> Get Support -> Submit a Case. They should be able to find a solution for you.

My teen daughter (Real life) recently got her own account on here and due to her age, I prefer to have her in our family rooms. Unfortunately, since she is a teen, none of our rooms...even GA ones show up in her chat room search. Is it possible for me to buy a shared room package and make a public shared room with her as the partner? Also, will it hen be possible for those of all ages to see the public room on their lists? I have looked through all the forum posts I can find on the subject, and this one question seems to have eluded them. I look forward to finding out so we can hopefully get our room up and running.

Hi, you were allowed to start a new thread of your own since this is a different type of question than the title makes yo believe.
I also think that it shouldn't be in the welcome forum.

IMVU tries to protect minors by not letting them see adult accounts (AP or not) and the other way around: adults can;t see the minor rooms.
As far as I know there is no way that you and your kid can have a shared room together but why don't you file a help ticket through HELP on top of any page and ask customer service.
