I have a other acc which is my main and i changed my password but i forgot it i clicked forget password yet i havent gotten any message from imvu in my email acc and my other acc has been verfiy 2's and i keep clicking and still havent gotten any message and i'm wondering when wud i b able to get the message so i can reset my password so i can log back in

Again I do not use HotMail or GMail or Yahoo Mail. I now do not get any e-mails other than my sales and forum thread updates and that is all. Is this change the way it is supposed to be now? Will all my private message e-mails be only visible and viewable from my landing page and in client? If so why? When will Staff respond to this thread? Throws hands up in the air and waves hello is anyone there? I am very frustrated with this being like this.

I hope not cuz i would like to reset my other password so i can get back to my main acc and i have outlook and i checked my junk yet no messages nothing i would surely want to know when this will resloved

Absolutely nothing works for me anymore since you guys got the new Helpcenter, i cant even send a ticket or get suport, it tells me something went wrong and i sholuld try to log out and make a nother acount wtf. what am i vip for if icant even send a ticket if i need help?!?!?!? Mad

Me too, I have had to verify 3 times now. I am getting mad lol....and my sister, clicks on verify, and she does not get an email from imvu, so she cant verify her email. She has had same Email for 4 years....sigh

Wow!... I thought I was the only person having this issue. I have reset my e-mail preferences, changed my e-mail changed it back filed a help ticket had IMVU force a verification and nothing has worked. The orange bar on the website is gone but I'm still not receiving any e-mails from IMVU.

I at least feel better knowing that it's not just me cause that means IMVU has to take note of the problem if it's affecting these many users.

I wish to reiterate I filed a help ticket and besides forcing a verification nothing has changed in terms of fixing the problem.

I really need to get my e-mails cause I depend on this solely to check my sales and income for the month. I'm pretty much blind right now.

Please fix this IMVU

As noted before, if you have a hotmail account, IMVU emails may not get delivered to you due to Hotmail blocking them.

That explanation just doesn't cut the mustard for me Varsha due to the fact that when I filed a ticket I got the acknowledgment e-mail in my e-mail account and I am also getting an e-mail in my e-mail account when someone posts a new response to this thread. So how can I get those IMVU messages but not my sales reports or other IMVU related e-mails. It's a little suspect. Sad

Mine started again just since the last version 501.0 update. I checked all my setting in Outlook and imvu is not blocked but still no e-mail's coming in from product sales, friends messages and so on. Help ticket was sent but I don't even know if they replied to it or not. I also add help ticket on 3 products saying across the top of product page. "Product has not gone through peer yet", but all 3 products are showing in my shop. How weird is that?? Confused

I just change my interner service provider.
So, I lost old email address, and got new emai address.
I changed email address of registered in the IMVU.

old address > xxxxxx@jcom.home.ne.jp
new address > xxxxxx@keb.biglobe.ne.jp

It was possible without any problem to change the e-mail address.
and I have to send credits to another my account.
So I try to send,

Error: Please verify your email address before sending credits.

and This message was displayed.

I did verify email, and got "Confirm your email address" from "verify@imvu.com"

That mail has "Yes, I confirm my email" button,
I click that...
so...jump to this site.

It's so weird I can receive imvu's e-mail from the forum here but not any other e-mails for my products sales, freinds messages and so on. This really starting to get on my nerves. I been almost 9 years and never seen anything like this. This is more than just an attack for people with Outlook. I even called microsoft and they have not blocked it, They are having a transfer problem from their old server to the new one they just built here in my area tho and thats all they would tell me. Has nothing to do with IMVU. * Just wanted to pass this imfo on to everyone here.
