I'm just thinking with the amount of help tickets being sent in for this issue, it will probably take a long time to address them all. Idk if sending in a ticket will help.

And if many of us are affected, once it's solved there will also probably be a surge in the number of people wanting to sell credits. I've been waiting for weeks to sell credits since the reseller I use hasn't been buying. Either that or I must have missed the notifications repeatedly when they were buying :/

And my frustration continues. My customers can no longer pay for customs by sending credits to my alts since they have all contracted this glitch.

I seriously do not want to have to go back to support stickers since that is a 14 day wait.

Temporarily lift the credit pend for accounts with this issue so we can use stickers as a way of transferring credits, or better yet fix this issue !

But is not fair for us, because customer will have the product at the moment of the buying of the sticket but then we need to wait 14 days to have the amount of the order...
I think IMVU is taking too much time to solve the problem, a problem which began in january

They were told about the issue by a mod last night. It is now the afternoon where I am and there is still no word from them.

And the website has started lagging really badly for me now, it's very slow to load and I can't get it to work unless I stop the page from loading and then order it to reload.

Is this yet another database problem ? Because I don't want another crappy t-shirt as condensation for this.

I'm not even getting the sales reports on my email, I was like "how weird, no sales..." and found in the Pended Credits Schedule a lot of sales that I didn't get any email of.

This is getting utterly annoying!

I'm also having issues with loading the website sometimes. The page doesn't load and I need to refresh it THEN it will load, then try to reload itself again. I repeat the process until it loads. I was thinking it might be my laptop issue, but looks like I'm not alone. Maybe create a new thread about it?

It'd be great if a staff member could post here saying that they at least know that this issue is going on and that they're working on fixing it, but I won't hold my breath.

List of current issues.

- Email listed as unverified but it is verified and has been for a while.
- No sales reports going though.
- The verification email won't go through.
- Manually verifying email through the help center does not work.
- Orange bar vanishes but email still listed as unverified.
- Website is slow to load or refuses to load at all.
- Issues are spreading to alts.

Added that to the OP. I'm going to try to read through every post that reports new glitches and keep the first post as updated as possible so staff can get the issue sorted out faster.

We are looking into this issue. Please make sure you are only posting here if your email was verified, you have not made any changes to it and it is now unverified. Lag issues or general "IMVU is having problems" should go in their own or appropriate topics.

Regarding not receiving emails, please make sure under Account Settings that are you have opted in to receive email notifications.

Following information will help:

What is your language set to to access IMVU?
Did you change your email address recently?
Are you seeing "verify your email address" as an orange bar on your account page?
Are you encountering a email verification required error during credit transfer?
