I think they should monitor these at least 15/7 a day. This is bs. With the amount of money they make. I filled a ticket.. did everything required. Waited until the ban period was over. Still says "needs reply" and banned for 0 more days when I try to get online my account. This is not right.

The forums is a user-to-user public platform, so it will not be used as a place to solve specific account issues.

At this point you can only wait for customer service to respond back. If it takes longer then 5 bussines days you can message any forum moderator with your case number, so we can escalate it for you.
